These people treated me like crap today. They degrade you. I went in to pay my taxes for i am selling my house and i need my deed, but  they wouldnt take my money. I asked for Collector, they said they dont have one.  What a bunch of horses' butts.

Randomly soliciting mercantile tax for Scranton Pa, from businesses in surrounding counties phone books. I have never done work in Lackawanna County, yet alone Scranton.

I am a United States Army veteran. I am a law abiding citizen, and although I was not born here, I consider this to be my country. Why do people with some political power believe they have the right to treat others with arrogance?. I served my country proudly. And no, I am not using the racial card. The Army taught me better than that. All I am saying is, treat your tax payers with respect. Because at the end of the day, they are your employers. And they are not paying you to abuse your authority.

Very poor system they have in place. Only one person going over all the returns. And any return over $50 WILL be audited. So, a year and a half after filing my return, I still can't get an answer from them about my refund check. What a joke these people are!!
