Love this building. When I have to wait in line for last minute passports, I don't even mind. The architecture is awesome. I love the giant old clock.

Fine mall. My phone died halfway through my shopping experience, and I could not find a single power plug in the common areas.

There is no food or coffee here. But it is a beautiful building, and the Service Canada staff are really nice.

Relatively quiet. Crowds are small. Passport and Service Canada offices are here as well. Usually not as packed as other offices around Vancouver

Terrible waiting time up to 1.5h every day . Was told to go to the other office on Broadway because there is no wait there. There was long line up too. Thanks for accurate information
