Horrible staff, spent twenty minutes at the counter listening to the cashier tell a customer his life story, previous work experience being Walt Disney representative in Canada.nnNo regard for customers time, when it came my turn I provided the screw I needed only to inform they didn't carry that in stock.nnAfter explaining that I had already picked the same screws at their location the cashier looked in my order history and was able to provide me that pack of screws I came for.nnAn experience that could and is supposed to take less than 5 minutes, took 45-60 minutes. If you want your time wasted and full customer dissatisfaction this is the best place to shop with employees like that/
Very interesting store, love the product but regrettably the demeanor from which I was served left a lot to desire, There was a young lady and an older man serving the counter, but the feel I got that instead of trying to help me was more to get raid of me. Wrong attitude in today's world. I am in sales and if anyone working for me would act this way, it would require serious re-training or perhaps a recommendation of finding a better suited job. Don't let this review change your mind to visit the store, I'm sure you will find many idea and accessories to suit your needs, juts don't expect a warm and friendly or helpful reception from their staff.Hopefully this will change
Lovely employees. Very professional and knowledgeable. Only sell to professional companies. Great selection. Business will not be as good without Richelieu. Ladies and gentlemen at the counter all pros and all nice and patient in helping us find what is needed.
For cabinetery needs it's the place to be at. They have everything you need at contractor prices, even the kitchen sink ;. Staffs are the best in town and they kno their stuff, even the loading departement are extra quick with very little waiting time for big buys.nOnly down fall is you need to have a registered business to have access and you can register online if you wish to. Situated on the 440 highway in Laval is also a plus as no in town driving to get at for less downtime travelling. But yes should be stores available around for even better access but prices would certainly be a tad more expensive.
Also referred to as simtab... You need an account before you can make a purchase... Need to apple online, and the company barely checks your info before refusing you and not telling you why... After spending a couple days arguing you might get lucky, maybe not... Either way... They really push for you to import directly from China and once again push aside Canadian companies.
