I'm so glad I made the choice to shop at Simply Swimwear for a new bathing suit. Being able to shop in private makes you feel better about experimenting with fits and styles to find what might work for your body. I never felt rushed or pressured and Kaitlyn made great suggestions to help me find a suit that made me feel confident. Thank you!!
I hadn't anticipated that I would have time to try swimsuit shopping before a vacation. On the off chance I could quickly pop in, I browsed the website and took screenshots of items that were of interest to me. Half an hour before closing, and the day before leaving for our trip, I found a few moments to stop by. The owner was so kind and helpful. She took a look at the screenshots, quickly gathered up the items and gave helpful feedback as I tried things on. She took my budget into consideration and worked with me to find the perfect suit. She even helped me find some pajamas. It was such a positive shopping experience. Normally I dread swimsuit shopping, but in less than half an hour I had all I needed and felt confident with my purchases! Finding such caring and helpful customer service is rare these days- what a gift it was to find it here.
This was my second time shopping at Simply Swimwear & Lingerie and it was a great experience. The shopping appointment is wonderful when shopping for swimsuits or lingerie. Kaitlyn is super helpful and gives you so many options to try. All the swimsuit brands are excellent quality and last seasons. She has many cup sized swimsuit options which can be hard to come by. Excited to wear my new suits on vacation. Thanks again Kaitlyn!
Knowing I was rather dreading the “bathing suit” try-on experience I could not have been more delighted at Simply Swimwear. The idea of making an appt for personalized care speaks volumes and Kaitlyn did not disappoint. Imagine “Pretty Woman” but with swimwear! Her guidance, patience and honesty was outstanding to say the least and there was no sales pressure at all- I just needed to feel happy with my choices. Cannot recommend Simply Swimwear enough! Love this store! I was able to find bathing suits that actually fit, and beach dresses I can feel comfortable wearing. Kaitlyn was wonderfully helpful in finding sizes and styles. I will definitely be going back for more suits soon! I absolutely recommend this store and their very helpful staff.
