Simply Donairs

Ordered chicken strips for my 7 year old today and it was completely raw inside hoping he doesn’t get sick. Never got offered money back. Just offered to make another batch. Yeah no thanks. Will never eat there again.

Great donairs, one the five 5 best along with the east side cousin in the area. The chicken donair is the best around town in that category, with boneless thigh meat cooked to perfection. The owner is a great guy, working the shop with family help. Parking: Lots of parking

I have had 2 poor experiences after years of loving this place and was left very disappointed. I went in and ordered a donair Salad only to get home and there was no lettuce isn't that the point of a salad not to eat a bowl of meat. I gave them another chance and once again ordered a donair salad this time on skip and got my order again with only a few pieces of lettuce and 99% meat and the wrong sauce. I called to explain this was the second time in a row explaining to the lady they forgot the lettuce for the salad again and put the wrong sauce and her answer was and what exactly is your problem with the salad. She had a terrible attitude and poor customer service and I wont be back. I asked if they could resend my salad as I just paid tip and delivery and she said no I have to go in if I want anything fixed . She obviously doesn't care about customer service.

I always get Rice platter, its got whole bunch of donair meat on rice and salad. Although, their rice is hit and miss. Some days are good, some days are just not. Its either too soft and mussy or dry and crunchy...

OMG, I go here at LEAST once/week, coming back into town from Wabamun. I am so in love w/their donairs it’s almost reaching ‘insanity’! Their Donair meat is the only thing, in 11 years, that my amazingly sweet dog will break the rules & get in trouble for! She knows she’ll always get some beef, but sometimes she just can’t wait, and helps herself Their staff know me very well, and always just point fingers asking “1 or 2”! Love it. Love their food. Love them!

The beef donair and fries were outstanding. Portions were huge, sweet sauce was perfect, meat was well seasoned, and the veggies were crisp. Will return again. The staff is super friendly too.

Sadly after coming here for so long since its first location to its now location. Having talked with the people working there many times . About cars evos subarus… i dont think ill be going back. After my experience today..Young kid working the front counter was very sassy at literally anything and everything we asked.. couldnt even respond to us when making small talk. Would give more sass when we asked for our order to be in seperare bags.. or when we wanted to eat our donairs here and our poutine at home .. was very un friendly .. a mistake happened when i asked for lettuce and mushrooms they ended up doing lettuce and onions .. i cant eat onions.. so i went back up and said im sorry i didnt order with onions.. young man rolls eyes.. they make it extremely fast to now the meat isnt cooked properly like it would be normally be if they took the time and didnt rush it .. the attitude really makes me not come back now.. been going here for years and ordering all the time. Sadly ill find a new place and tell people about it as much as i used to recommend simply..

This guy knows how to pack a tasty juicy sweet Donair. Loads of beef or chicken. Cheese, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, black olives, banana peppers and pickles and if ya can squeeze that into a warmed wrapped pita bread. Magnificent.

Best donair hands down! You can watch them put it together in front of you, and the ingredients are always very fresh.Food: 5/5
