Yum! But I have some suggestions that I believe will help operations! I think the menu needs to be made more clear, clearer categories, maybe some descriptions under category titles examples: fruit smoothie, milk teas, blended, coffee… Right now the menu looks overwhelming. I would also suggest adopting a cup marking strategy, like Starbucks used to do. I noticed the staff were working off small recipes to complete drink orders, which looks difficult and crowded the bar. The only Starbucks location in Kelowna that still uses cup marking is the Starbucks on campus at UBCO, if you want to go see what it is. I would also suggest that any bubble tea topped with a cheese foam, cloud foam, or salt foam should not be sealed with the cling plastic. Instead, use a wide-mouth lid, so that the foam can be enjoyed! All in all, great bubble tea, very polite boys working, and tasty pearls! Would recommend.
Best Boba spot in town hands down! I've had my fair share of bubble teas in the States and now here in Canada and this is definetely on my top 3 of all time. The staff are amazing and the place looks very clean. Thai milk tea & Taro oreo with pudding
The staff have been so helpful and friendly every time I’ve gone. The bubble tea is also really tasty. I went once when they didn’t have boba pearls left and the person who I think was the owner gave me and my friend a card for free bubble tea, to use next time. Totally not necessary, but it was a really kind gesture and very much appreciated :
The bubble tea here is soooo good. I got the Coconut taro and my friend got the Oreo Taro...zero regrets. The tapioca was fresh and smooth and honestly the best I've had. Even better than the bubble tea was the staff, extremely friendly and hospitable. Would go back!!!!
Service here was great, very friendly and helpful staff! Drinks were very good but we found the mango ones very sweet, next time we will ask for less sweetness. Overall, enjoyed our drinks and will be coming back again!

This place Is a very friendly and professional bubble tea business they always meet your needs and expectations it's an amazing place and they have lots of good flavors not mention I am lactose and tolerant so they have lots of drinks for meFood: 5/5
Staff are always super friendly and happy to take your order! They have a great custom reward/loyalty service, and the bubble tea here is absolutely amazing. There are also a few original drinks that really bring this place up in my list. Definitely a good place to go for some nice bubble tea at an affordable price!
Super friendly staff and when the espresso machine stopped working the owner made sure I got a refund and an extra snack. When I asked about dairy free milk options, the owner also spent time talking to me about how the milk they use is dairy free outside of the other alternative milk options. Anyways such a pleasant experience and the bubble tea was GREAT! Will definitely be back when we’re in the area on future visits:
Best service and great bbt!! Hidden gem!! Must go! Worth the trip. I’m from Calgary so have tried a lot of bbt places and very picky but this one is the best and is better than most in Calgary! Great bbt taste with all the topping choices and excellent customer service. Friendly staff and very accommodating. I dropped my bbt by accident and felt super bad but the staff was very nice and made me another one, no questions asked. The owner made the extra effort to give my toddler cookies too. Thursdays are 30% off so bonus. Will definitely come here again, everytime we are in town or passing by. Simplee boba, you have a loyal customer for life!
