I am so happy to have discovered this bakery. The baked goods are beautiful and delicious. The people are very nice and the service is unique. I can only recommend anyone who stops by Simons kitchen&bakery.
Wonderful breakfast and grabbed some fresh sandwiches and little donuts for the road. Wonderful staff and great way to start out drive day. Absolutely worth the 5 minute drive off the main highway.
Since moving to the Fredericton area Simons has been hands down my favourite spot for a good meal. I have yet to be disappointed with any of the food, desserts, or take home items I have gotten. Incredible service and incredible people
I'm not sure what to say it's all amazing!! Staff is amazing and friendly!! Eggs Benny on their huge homemade tea biscuits Vegan Chili Vegan Peanut Butter Sliders OMG !!! I could go on and on....
We had the best meal or our trip out east service was amazing and food was phenomenal.
Stopped in for breakfast whilst travelling and was greeted by the friendliest young lady we have come across on our 3 week vacation . I had a breakfast sandwich amazing and my wife had the bacon maple beans on sourdough next level After the young ladies didn’t get her name recommendation we left with a cinnamon scroll and the new coffee scroll for later. The drip coffee and tea were great but would have loved an expresso, just a personal preference. This little place is tucked away but well worth the stop , great food and even better customer service. Great way to start our road trip and highly recommend .
I don't live near this bakery but it's worth the trip. What's my favourite thing? No idea. Everything is amazing. The chocolate chip cookies are soft and delicious. The pizza rolls, taco rolls and all the different fresh breads. Have you tried their cinnamon rolls? You need to. Not 5 stars. It's at least 7. I've used them for catering, and it was such a good experience. They have breakfast and lunch stuff too like sandwiches, soups, bacon and eggs, French toast... The owner is really nice, and his staff are warm and friendly. This is a must-visit if you're in the greater Fredriction area.

Came across this place randomly after getting off the highway to find a spot for lunch. There is also a pizza place in the same plaza, but we opted for Simon's to get some sandwiches. I had the Chicken Salad melt, which came with a side of salad. Hands down one of the best lunch sandwiches I've had in my life. Boy are we ever glad we stopped there. It doubles as a bakery, which probably explains why the bread was so good, but the chicken salad also had a divine sauce on it, not just your standard mayo. I wish I knew their secret! My partner had their pulled chicken, which was delicious too. Staff were very friendly. Worth driving a few minutes off of the highway for, will stop again!
Great little place for lunch, just off the highway. Perfect alternative to fast food. Friendly service, tasty, fresh food. Stocked up on baked goods too!
