A really spacious restaurant with great service. We thought we'd grab a quick bite here just before a show, however, the food took quite a while to get to the table. This is understandable considering it was the Friday night of a long weekend and Casino Rama was packed. In terms of quality, the food itself was great but we found the burger, and chicken tenders a bit salty. Aside from these minor issues I quite like this restaurant.
Used to be a great pub, now it's a fancy place for a $15 hot dog. It's like someone dressed up and renamed the Costco food court, except they cut the menu in half and the food is worse. I feel as if I've been taken advantage of. Rama's dining options and capacities are limited, they know the shows will bring the crowds and now they have you cornered. If you're going to serve fast food, let it be known and at the very least, charge fast food prices. Yardhouse needs to set up in the venue lobby as a fast food counter. Lease the restaurant space and kitchen to someone who cares.
My husband and I have had the pleasure of eating at this restaurant several times. We cannot say enough about the staff and service they are always friendly and accommodating. I have health issues and always need a comfortable spot to sit and they always accomodate us. The servers and managers are fantastic at their job and make you feel very comfortable We are always welcomed with a smile and always welcomed back. The food and entertainment is also very very good. Can not say enough about the staff and management at this establishment. See you all soon Paul & Karen Maccomb
The menu is simple pub food. You get big portions for the price. Service is slow but friendly; they seem under staffed. Friday and Saturday nights, there is usually a local band playing. They have sports on the several large and big TVs. It's fun to watch people use the slots as you eat dinner or lunch.Food: 4/5
Not a fan. Over cooked burger. Think hockey puck with no moisture inside. We both tried it. Not hard to cook a burger. Maybe the extra time we spent waiting for our meal was because of the over cooking going on? Usually a server will come back and ask how the meal was mid way through. She didn't and considering it wasn't overly busy she could of made the effort. I didn't finish and when I explained she said sorry but that's as far as it went. I used comp to pay . I expected better quality especially seeing how much was spent at the casino to use comp. Partners beef dip was good. The fries were fresh but not hot which was odd. I still tipped 15 percent. Lesson learned as I've never had bad things to say about anywhere else inside the casino. I spent 52 bucks to come home and need to eat to feel full.
Average food. Very few items on menu. Decent service. Make a reservation as line up can get pretty long on show nightsFood: 3/5
UNBELIEVABLY BAD!! menu is hotdogs!!!! And a couple of other things. Waited 25 min to get in. Waited 25 min to get food. Salad had no dressing. Never ever doing this place again! Shameful for a casino. Staff try HARD but WOW! BAD!!!!Food: 1/5
The Good The food was very great! My husband and I both ordered different burgers and were really happy with our choices. We arrived on the Friday night of a show and were seated within 15 mins which was pretty good. Our order was taken within 10 minutes and took about 35 mins to arrive. That was a bit long but it was a show night so we had left time for it. The Bad The reason I cannot give the restaurant a 5 is that our server did not check in with us even once after taking our order. She did not once ask if we wanted top ups on our drinks or inform us that our food would be coming soon. She dropped it on the table without a word and without any condiments. We tried to flag her but she immediately began taking the orders at a table for 10 and we were half done eating before we saw her again. Luckily it was a tasty burger that did not need any extra toppings. The Ugly When we finally the bill we had to flag her, she was very attentive, standing over my husband as he completed the transaction. He was kind, giving a 15% tip whereas I would have left her $1. I am sympathetic to busy staff who are running around but she walked by our table multiple times looking away as she passed by. She wasted time standing at the table while customers processed payment.
$18 for a hotdog is pretty pricey for something Costco does better for $1.50 including a medium drink. Wings are usually better but were severely lacking. And their nacho special was worse than ever. Their nacho topings were pre-made no ground beef like before and according to the server, was non-changeable. Server was good despite it being a concert night though so no blame to them. Overall, The Yardhouse has apparently become the Yardshack.
Been here a few times and had been pleased with the food and service but today I spent more time in the bathroom after dinner than at. I had ordered honey garlic chicken wings and was given medium. I tried one and found it tasted good so just told the waitress about the error but decided to eat them . Seemed like a bad mistake afterwards and thought they must have made the error on purpose so as to not have to make another batch or throw them out. The waitress was so slow and spent more time talking to one of the managers than looking after the few tables she had. Not a good experience this time.
