We were told to contact Simcoe Muskoka Home Comfort by a family friend to help us with the HVAC system going into our new home. They were amazing to deal with. Andrew and Tyler were able to help make what ever we wanted happen and had no problem answering any of our questions regarding the system and made sure they kept the area they worked in clean everyday and made sure the work they did was up to our standards. Absolutely amazing and we are so thankful for everyone involved.
Our Tech, Mike came to our home for the first time to service our gas fireplace and hvac system. Mike provided an outstanding customer service call with us today. We couldn't be happier on the outcome along with his knowledge on cleaning the fireplace; he was kind enough to show us where the bugs could enter the stove and other points on keeping the air conditioner performing great!. Thank you from the bottom of our heart!!! We look forward to working with you again for the yearly maintenance on all of our equipment!
We contacted Simcoe Muskoka Home Comfort to help us install a HRV into our heating system. Andrew and Tyler showed up on time and in a professional manner. They were more than friendly and included us in the planning of where the unit would best work for us and were we would prefer to have the vents exit our home to help convenience us. They made sure that their work area was left spotless and was safe since we do have animals and small children. We would like to thank them and everyone at Simcoe Muskoka Home Comfort for their professionalism and kindness.
SMHC are total professionals! We just had a ductless mini split heat pump installed by them and they were amazing! They were not the cheapest not the most expensive but we trusted their assessment and their professionalism. Installation day was during a heat wave and Mark and ‘Buddy’ Collin were quick, thorough and very respectful of our place taking care to not damage our floors, install the unit as discreetly as possible, And to be sure that we really understood how the unit functioned. Within a few hours they had our place drop down from 32 to 27 and no humidity within a couple of hours! We could not be happier!!! Money well spent and shared with good people! Highly recommended!
Thank you so much to everyone at Simcoe Muskoka Home Comfort!We called to see if they could help us get heat to one of the registers in our house. Andrew and Tyler arrived and upon further inspection found that the run feeding the register was never connected. They were able to make short work of what we thought would be a daunting task. They were pleasant and professional from the moment the arrived to the moment they left. All in all we couldn’t be happier that we contacted SMHC to help us. Thank you again to everyone!
