Was pleasantly surprised to see an abundance of local produce at this time of year. Leeks, beets, carrots, potatoes, onions, cucumbers, turnip, parsnip, squash, cabbage, garlic and apples. I think it's wonderful that we can still support local farmers and our market at this time of year.
Today was a good day for me..I've never been here at Simcoe Farmers Market..nToday I was able to pick up a few groceries..cheese. vegetables, desserts, sausage rolls ..nFresh bread ..kabasa, candles ..nVery kind ppl working...
This market has a wide variety of vendors where you can get your fresh Meat , Bakery and vegetables. And a craft section for the special occasions this market is open all year I love shopping here
I arrived close to closing time and wasn't able to shop much, although some vendors welcomed this last minute shopper. Great variety of local selections!
The 2 stars are for the great products and produce provided by local farmers and business's. The No 3 stars are for the poor hours and the poor attitude of the organizers of the Simcoe Farmers Market. Unless you take a day off work or are unemployed or retired, you have no chance to visit this market... not sure how the vendors feel about that, missing out on their biggest demographic. The staff also needs a lesson on how to address these concerns on social media and emails, as replies have been extremely rude to an instant block.nImprove the hours so working people can attend 5-8pm and it would be a 5star rating with ignoring the rudeness of staff/social media person
