Simcoe County Airport Service

I'm so surprised by some of these unfavourable reviews - we regularly use this service and have always been happy with the safe, efficient and courteous service we've received. When the 400 is blocked, as it often is in winter especially, they know some great detours. The drivers radio information to each other about traffic conditions and act as a great team.

Seriously, the representative on the telephone really should be more personable. After reading recent reviews, I cannot imagine why this is not being addressed. It's unacceptable in this current market. The gentlemen who drove us to the airport was lovely, cheerful and very helpful. It's a shame that many people have posted about their first-line contact. If one cannot work well with customers, why are you there????????

Just got off phone with this company looking for info on their service & pricing. Women on the phone was extremely rude and condescending. Will not use this service based on very poor customer service. I just called the company back to make a formal complaint...& found out it is actually the manager who is the subject of all these poor complaints about customer service. Wow!!!

I use them often and find everyone there excellent to deal with, from the lady on the phone to the drivers. Came through a horrific snow storm safely this winter. Excellent to deal with.

I have to agree with some of the other comments about rude staff and unsafe speeding on the highway. I realize time is money and they want to do as many runs as they can, however speeding at 135 - 140 is unsafe. Tailgating is unsafe, weaving in and out of traffic is unsafe. If there was an accident, everyone loses, possibility their lives .. My life is worth way more than a few dollars, I would suggest they respect that and drive safely. Positives are they where on time and courteous, but once in the vehicle and on the road .. look out!!
