We waited about 20 minutes to be seated even though the restaurant was almost empty. The food was good - but it was a good 40 minutes before a server came over AT ALL this was after the 20 minute wait to be seated. I understand when places are understaffed, but a server who literally has only 3 tables of 4 people to serve should be able to at least get us drinks while we wait. I'm not a demanding person, but the service was almost nonexistent. I have been in the service industry, that was totally unnecessary to keep us waiting THAT long.
Ordered pick up, arrived 5 mins early, my food was ready to go. My yakisoba was hot but my sushi rolls were cold and bland, tuna tasted off. Last time I order here.Food: 2/5
Fresh seafood, decent rolls and nice, efficient service. Had a few of their rolls but the unagi roll fell short. There was more cucumber in it than wanted which was disappointing. Flavor of the udon was very nice but the portions were quite limited. I would recommend their salmon and avocado roll. They have an entrance from the outside of the strip and inside of the centre as well. They’re also closed on Mondays.
We are a group of 16. We were here for dinner. Food are okay. Service can be better. But over all, neat place with good food, okay service with fair price.
They seated us last minute and were amazing with our table. The sashimi was super fresh, the rolls were delicious and the tempura was really good, light and flaky. I definitely recommend them!
I ordered a tuna roll and a bowl of beef udon. The udon was so bland and the tuna roll was dry. The service was appalling. Not once halfway through my meal did they check up on me nor to see if my tea needed refilling. My fiance and I ate here a month ago, and we ordered various rolls - they were inedible; Bento boxes were small and had no flavor. The staff even tried to seat us right in front of the toilets even though it was dead in the restaurant. Needless to say, we will not be coming back there again.
Great sushi they have lots of selection. The lunch bento boxes are a great deal and include lots of food.
Comfy local vibe restaurant made pleasant lunch indoors. Humour in the sushi roll names so many varieties! but made good impression on the ingredients for each specific roll. Located at Sunnycrest Mall, plenty of free parking. Hope to try other special rolls again. Kid-friendliness: Not certain if booster seats available. Seats were good height that small kids can reach and eat from table comfortable. Parking: Restaurant entry located outside Sunnycrest Mall parking lot.
My friend ordered sushi and seemed happy with it. I on the other hand ordered teriyaki chicken box and got the thinnest smallest slice of overdone chicken EVER!
