Dr. Wiseman turned out to be my 3 opinion on what I had been told by 2 previous Nelson Dentists’s, “2 upper Molars needed extraction or Root Canals”. Being a retired Dental Assistant myself the first two prognosis did not make sense. Dr. Wiseman actually took the time to listen to my previous Dental run arounds and came up with a sound answer. Everything I was experiencing was due to a past nasal infection that has now been diagnosed by my G.P. as a maxillary nasal cyst pressing down on my teeth causing the pain. If it hadn’t been for Dr. Wiseman’s practical clinical thinking I don’t know where I would be today! A huge Thank You to you and your staff!
My family has been going to Dr Wiseman since I was a child. Him and his staff are so kind, joyful, charming and so funny. They have made a world of difference creating an environment where my kids have felt safe and comfortable to go. My youngest has severe anxiety about dentists because of a previous visit at another clinic and since we started traveling to see Dr Wiseman again he has come to learn that his trust is worth the lil extra work. Dr Wiseman took the time to elaborate and explain in detail how freezing works and gave my son validation in his anxious feelings all while expertly easing his worries. While he still struggles with anxiety he has been able to sit in the dentist chair without instantly panicking and it's 100% because of Dr Wiseman and his incredible assistants giving my son the assurance he needs to be comfortable. I am so grateful for their patience and understanding and appreciate all of the care they put into nurturing patient wellness.
Dr Wiseman and his staff are grade a people who truly care about you. I saw bad reviews here and don't get it! Maybe the person had a broken tooth during vacation and was grouchy. I hate the dentist but have never had a bad experience here! And I had a root canal once!! They make everyone feel comfortable with what they are doing even if it's not a fun thing! We love Silverton Dental Clinic!!
Always extremely caring and compassionate staff. I hsce had MAJOR problems with my teeth for most of my life, and tge experiences are nothing less than traumatic. Dr. Wiseman and his team always make my experices a little better. I highly suffest this Dental clinic to anyone in the West Kootenays. Beautiful drive as well
An absolutely fantastic dental clinic. I actually look forward to going to the dentist! Can't say enough about Dr. Wiseman and his staff. Very efficient, honest and friendly Dentist and Staff.
A very good dentist, he will cut you a break if you're low income and don't have dental insurance. Almost half the cost as a dentist in Calgary.
I've had a phobia of dentists since I was a kid but I dont have any problem going to Dr.Wiseman. Great staff and a good atmosphere.

My husband and I just moved here and had a wonderful first cleaning and exam at Silverton Dental. From the administration to the CDA and the hygienist and dentist… the whole team went above and beyond. I was extremely pleased with how gentle yet thorough my cleaning was. I am so happy we became patients here and would highly recommend this clinic!
