I had the worst experience at this location, they advised me that the lock they are installing is safe, but we had break in and toke the thieve 1 minute to get in. As i was telling them about this situation they threw me outside of their store by using aggressive comments.

Got keys cut in less than a minute. In and out really quick. Friendly staff.

Excellent service provided by Lih who was repairing the lock to the front door of our building, he was very helpful and was able to replace and cut a key for me on site, with the equipment in his mobile van.

Silverline is where I have gone for years to rekey a lock or purchase keys and padlocks. Today I had 2 new Schlage keypad door locks installed by Stu. He arrived on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up after. He explained everything I needed to know about the new locks and made sure I was comfortable using them. I was pleasantly surprised at the total cost of all the work he did. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely amazing! My shop was broken into this morning & I called Silverline to come change our locks. Less than an hour Russell came to my rescue. He was amazing! Fast & helpful. I hope I never need this again but if I do need a locksmith these guys number on in my bokk.
