Can we adopt Jackie? Seriously the customer service was phenomenal. Jackie should teach a master class in it. This is the best restaurant I’ve been to in this entire state. Spoiler alert: you’re not going to get lobster rolls here. What are you are going to get is authentic tasting Thai food. The curries were out of the world. The Tom Yum soup was delicious. The appetizers were all tasty as well. I’d love to go back.
The facilities were clean and orderly. The service prompt and direct. Ordered the Appetizer Platter - an assortment of fried foods that were made with a nice crisp. 5 sauces accompany the spread. All were tasty. My wife had the Drunken Noodles, which was spiced right, since she likes her food mild. The noodles were cooked just right and tasted as it should. I ordered a Chicken Green Curry with "Level 5 True Thai" spice. At first taste my lips burned for a moment, but this is how it should be. Every bite was generous with flavor; the red peppers, green beans, chicken and eggplant were plentiful enough for a nice balance of broth and fixings. Both our portions were generous. I had 2 services of rice. Prices were just right. All in all, a good Thai meal to break up the monotony of having lobsters L-rolls the past 3 days.
Stopped in for lunch. I had the lunch special with ginger soup, salad, crab Rangoon, spring roll with butternut squash curry. A great value for all the delicious food, everything is freshly prepared, so flavorful. The owners take pride in the quality of their food and it shows. I follow Siam Sky on Facebook and I won a gift certificate, I couldn't wait to redeem it, these would make a great Christmas gift for friends that love Thai food.

Food was delicious. Plenty of options for the amount of spiciness in the dishes. I personally enjoyed level 3+ 1 being the least spicy, 5 being the most spicy. There were vegetarian options as well. Great place to come with family. Staff was very friendly.
Geeat Thai dishes. Tom Yum was nice and spicy. Thai ice tea was way too sweet though. Dietary restrictions: Many gluten free options.
Mindblowing!!! A simple and clean place. Food is awesome. The closest authentic thai food in the area!! I ordered thai spicy noodles with duck. Great taste. The lady at the frontdesk is so nice to to talk to.. witty and humorous. Restrooms are clean and supplied with deodoriser, hand sanitizer etc.
Tasty, quality food, good service and ambience. It took a while for the main dishes to arrive, but they were worth the wait. A staff person, perhaps the owner or manager, was not in a good mood, but things happen, and hopefully it was a one time event. We will definitely return.
My husband and I have had Thai all over America and the world--even Thailand. But not until we reached Ellsworth, Maine did we see Butternut Squash Curry on a menu. Siam Sky 2 is an unassuming restaurant, next to an auto parts shop, and half a mile from a shopping center. The spacious interior is simply decorated except for beautiful carved chairs on the enclosed patio. I ordered the Butternut Squash Curry. My husband had his usual, Tom Kha Gai soup with seafood.The flavors in both dishes were savory, with fully layered spices. The heat level in the curry was just right but you can get some red chilies to spice it up if needed. The service was quick and friendly.
We love the food here. The yellow curry is the best I've had anywhere. The Pad Thai is my husband's favorite dish. Jackie makes us always feel welcome here. She is always smiling, no matter how busy she is.Food: 5/5
