I called to order beef fried rice. I understand it was the end of the day but they could have told me it was too late and they can’t take my order. They said ok and I literally had to rush through traffic to get there on time. I got there, paid for the food and got home only to realize they just gave me someone’s random order or left overs and they did not inform me. I even gave a tip. Poor services
I ordered Thai Green Curry for take out. I asked specifically if it contained eggplant, I was told yes. Well I did get eggplant -about 2 thin slivers, what I did not ask for is a whole bunch of green peppers. This was not worth the money! First and last time I'm going there
I usually get the veggie Yellow curry, and it's so good!! I love how they cook everything right in front of you on the wok! This time tried a different Chicken dish. Not very saucey, but delicious nonetheless
I hate to leave bad reviews, especially since this place has been my go to for my lunch breaks, but today they cooked a whole napkin into my food. I am not sure if this was a used dirty napkin or clean, but either way I am very grossed out.
Fast service. Tasty food. Fair size portion. $$
Portions of food are getting smaller & smaller. Small takeout box was 2/3 full. Horrible value. Can do better anywhere else. Also, their 'rewards' card system is very time limited. It expires too soon. Lost me as a customer...
Take your business somewhere else, chicken is not real chicken but some kind of dough! Very disappointed! Charging 15 bucks for fake chicken!
I LOVE all their food and greatly appreciate that they never fail to ask how much spice I want to have added! I don't like the spice to overpower me, so I always ask and always receive mildly spiced meals. I'm a bit OCD when it comes to cleanliness. Ok maybe quite OCD!! Even at the busiest times of the day, their prep and cooking area is really well maintained! If not, despite the great food, I'd never patronize their business. Thanks for another great meal tonight! I didn't think I could est it all but I did!
Ordered the Fish Tom Yum Soup with extra coconut milk. Came to just under $15. The fish was cut in tiny strips and fried in advance so it was completely dried out. This is completely different from any other location I’ve been to that gives sizeable pieces to at are crispy on the outside and tender inside. The worst was the coconut milk I paid over $2 for was 1/2 ounce that they measured in a disposable sauce cup and brought out from the kitchen. How stingy are these people? Every other location I’ve been to pours a good amount straight from the can into the bowl. There were also no pieces of tomato that is found in other locations. Lastly they use a small generic white takeout bowl instead of the large clear disposable bowls that every location that actually follows franchise standards uses. They handed me my noodles with no tray and didn’t even give me any utensils until I asked while standing there holding my noodles. Everything about this location was CHEAP. $15 I can get a good bowl of pho with fresh veggies, and generous amount of meat. Why would anyone spend $15 to eat this bowl of noodles knowing that this is the way they serve it? The food court stall next to them has shut down. With this level of quality and service, Thai Express will likely be next. PS Anna, save your generic replies and actually respond with something of substance. I’m not going to some website to hold your hand to improve your service. It’s your job to make improvements when you are first made aware of them. Thanks.
!!Dissapointing food!! Ordered General thai chicken- presentation was good, but when I bit into the chicken it was a mouth full of batter! Broke open another piece and could not see chicken in it either...its a rip off, will not eat here again
