Stopped in here on our way to some hot springs for lunch. So glad we did. Both the food and the service were amazing. My husband had the turkey club sandwich and loved it. Everything was fresh and tasty. I had a person pizza that was delicious. I got the artichoke spinach sauce and it was so yummy. My only complaint would be that the artichoke hearts I ordered on my pizza were marinated. I wasn't expecting that. Thought they'd just be plain. Not a big deal but worth noting as the menu didn't specifically say marinated. Still good though and we'd definitely go there again. Another bonus was an unusual soda option there at least unusual to me- never seen it before was pineapple cream soda. Was super tasty. All in all was a great experience and would highly recommend the place.
Best pizza for hundreds of miles in central Idaho. Fresh and handmade ingredients, fresh sauces, handmade crust and dough, quality toppings. Creative and fun pizza combinations. Definitely recommend this place, will come back again.
Grabbed a veggie pizza to go in my way home and was not disappointed. They loaded it with tons of toppings. The crust isn't that thin cracker crust but it's also not that extra bready thick stuff either. It's happily in between and really good. Nice staff, decent prices. I'll be in again for sure.
This pizza place is a hidden gem in Council. Amazing pizza selections and combinations, their sandwiches are well made and flavorful as well. 10/10 would be back and recommend

Having a late dinner at shy Simon's was the right choice. When traveling through we made it in right before closing and the staff was still friendly and more than happy to get us some food! On top of all that the pizza was awesome!! Way to go shy Simon's! Keep it up!
I am saddened to say twice now I have called at about 8:45 pm to order a pizza to go and the phone rang and rang, no one answered. You advertise you are open till 9pm so I am wondering why you can't just answer and say you are closed or adjust your hours to reflect you are closed at 8:45 pm.

They do a lot of take out orders. They have a porch outdoors. Nice addition to this town.
