Fantastic family campsite. Lots of bathrooms and showers and the beach is very convenient. It is not a sandy beach so bringing water shoes is probably a good idea. There is a park for kids to play at and the sites are quiet at night so that everyone can get some sleep. Good tree coverage.

One of the top provincial campground in BC. It's great for families. It has paved roads through the sites. The sites are large and spaced far apart from each other. Showers are large and even free. The beach is mostly pebbles with some Sandy spots. Highly recommend this campground.

Beautiful setting to spend a day. Beach size is relatively small but there are picnic areas behind the beach where you can leave your stuff. There's a small area with nice sand but in general the beach is rocky. If you're in the area you should stop off here at least once!

No events at the amphitheatre and it was Canada's 150th. Inquired about that and the park ranger replied that they couldn't secure anyone... Really? Why didn't these park rangers organize something. Loved our time at Manning Park - the rangers there had great evening events at the amphitheatre...

Campground is nice, with lots of space between units. The only issue I have is that none of the available camp sites offer a view of the lake. Seems unfortunate since the lake is the main draw. One word of warning, the sani dump only accepts a very specific combination of loonies and twonies, no plastic. Bring a variety of coins to make sure you can get a dump permit.
