I feel that the reviews about Shuksan need to be updated. Instead of judging this school by what people thought 4 years ago, the community needs to know about the current Shuksan! The students here have so many opportunities to follow their interests through clubs and activities, the staff is extremely supportive, and our principal is very kind and cares about her students. Shuksan is definitely the best middle school in the district.

This is the best school ever!!! I am a 7th grader at Shuksan Middle School and it is amazing! All of the teachers are so nice and they treat everybody fairly. Just waking up in the morning makes you so exited because of all of the new and fun things you get to learn and experience!

When I was at shuksan no one dealt with my emotional issues correctly. I would self harm and they decided to suspend me and check my backpack everyday and keep me on stage durring lunch and never allowed to go anywhere. When they checked my backpack they read all my personal notes and journal. When someone bullied and started a fight with me I got blamed for it and she didnt get blamed at all. Shuksan is the worse school Ive ever gone to

This school is amazing! I love going here everyday....the teachers are so amazing and dedicated, the students are so enthusiastic. The new principal is so amazing and kind and compassionate.

I am about to graduate 8th grade at shucksan in June of 2018 I have  been here sense 6th grade I love the teachers and the staff are all really helpful its just the best school I could have eber gone to
