Sweet guy, amazing lobster fries. Price a tad steep, but hey, it's just that good.
The best pokey I’ve ever had in my entire life. I’ve lived in Hawaii and tried some good pokey but this place is amazing. The fish melts in your mouth like butter in the flavors make your taste buds explode. I’m not too big on food carts but this place doesn’t even compare to restaurant pokey.
Basic math exceeds their capabilities. No lobster in my bisque. The woman serving food at the food truck festival at Wachusett ski area spends too much time at the beach if you get my drift. She had the personality and approachability of a elderly catholic childless nun that grew up in the early 1900s. She was about as attractive too.
We attended a family wedding that Shuck Food Truck catered a couple weeks ago. Everything was delicious and presented so nicely as well. We have been hearing great feedback from other guests. The staff was really on the ball too! It was amazing!!
I was at the Wachusett food truck festival, and had the Lobster Grilled Cheese and Lobster Fries. absolutely nailed this food
The bear battered fish had a light yet crispy shell the fish inside was fresh and it's texture was juicy. The smoked haddock chower was thick and good. Had a lot of flavor. My only complaint was the fries. Too much old bay seasoning and they could of used a little thicker cut. Other than that I give it a thumbs up!
Ate at this food truck for the first time and got their Lobster Grilled Cheese. So yummy, delicious, and fresh. Can't wait to try other things on the menu!
The best seafood around. Super fresh local food and unique menu items make this food truck one of a kind. You won't be disappointed!
