The Showcase store at aberdeen has ABSOLUTELY THE WORST STAFF AND MANAGEMENT I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. They treated me and my family with such disrespect right as soon as we walked in to the store. We stood in line forever on boxing day as they only had one till open and a line up almost to the door. We were shopping with 4 kids who were all there to spend their christmas money. They belittled my child right to his face. He was sobbing. It ruined our boxing day which was supposed to be exciting for the kids and ended with all 4 kids crying as we left the store. We WILL NEVER shop there again. All my son did was sit down by the exit cuz we had been waiting soooooo long in line. He has a physical disabilty and fatigues quickly. Sure he should have sat somewhere else. but all they had to do was ask him nicely to move and he gladly would have moved. They were so mean to him 💔💔

Lots of as seen on tv stuff at equal or better pricing. Small store but lots of product.

For Kamloops it is the best and the atmosphere is usually good. Some shops are missing but this is the place to find things in Kamloops. Very close to other shopping as well such as Canadian Tire and Chapters.

The Staff at Guest Services are Amazing - Lady lost her keys & Guest Services went out their way to help - special thanks to a Guest Service lady whom returned the keys up to Sears Travel - thank you ladies
