The Eastern European manager and his wife at this apartment are complete jerks. I know an older lady that lives there and they are mean to her. I know several other tenants there and they all say he is a nightmare to deal with. Be warned. They are not nice people!
Beautiful clean and quiet building. Managers are extremely nice and have always helped me and made me feel welcome. No issues. Everyone seems very friendly.

After 18 years of tenancy in Shorewood Manor 2020 Bellevue Ave West Van BC - opinion : Fanatically oriented , impertinent and bully , interfering in tenants personal life NEW building managers and protecting them NEW office management and their thirty , antagonistic politic . We moved out due to discrimination , harassment and provocations . STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !
