Shoppers Drug Mart

Was in this morning to buy cold medicine went to cash told the girl to replay my lotto numbers. Once she cashed everything out it was only 3 dollars. I told her why only 3 it should be 28 to replay my tickets, she started yelling at me making a scene. Customers that were behind me left the story due to her yelling and she was very loud. On top of that she used my winning to pay for my cold medicine without even asking . It was suppose to go towards my replay tickets. At the beginning I even handed her my paper with the numbers on it to replay. This is unacceptable when a cx is getting treated the way I did and other cx’s walked out.

This location is not very nicely organized. Shelves empty in spots that are very visible. The staff that wuz here were very pleasant and personable to interact with.

No one is ever at cash when you need to checkout, and you can't use the self checkout if you're buying bus tickets. So if you need one, you have to stand and wait for a cashier to decide to start serving customers, while potentially missing your bus because you have to wait 5-10 mins to get served, for something that should've taken less than a minute.

Pharmacy a little too slow, but busy so understandable.. can’t really wait and hour+ for one prescription.

an older woman working being the counter in the pharmacy are unkind, grumpy, brash and obviously despise their jobs. I think they need a customer service training
