The Pharmacy staff are all very nice. Jesse in particular has been a great help to me. I live out of town and this pharmacy handles all of my Mom's meds. I can call Jesse anytime for any questions, requests for special deliveries and more! He is always happy to help! It is very reassuring to know that this entire team is there to help out, especially when I am not local. Mom also says the delivery gentlemen are always pleasant and we appreciate the care you provide!
The young man working at the skincare/beauty counter here is such a wealth of information! He has always given us excellent advice and makes us aware of promotions so we can maximize our purchases. When available, he will sometimes recommend samples or sample sizes to make sure a product is right for you before purchase. I send all my friends there, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Run don't walk!
WORST PHARMACY STAFF EVER. Never have we filled a script that did not have an issue of some sort. Never the same pharmacist and most everyone there seems to give the feeling that you are putting them out by asking for refill which is THEIR JOB! The online refill rarely works and then takes 20+ minutes to actually get through to a staff member to finally request the required refills .
I walked in a very frustrated woman, coughing consistently day and night. I was looking for another med recommended to me from well meaning friends. I had tested for Covid and had no other symptoms. I returned the bottle to the shelf and went back to talk to Comfort, the pharmacist on duty! Bingo, she hit it right on the head and my problem was solved! Thank You!!
Very poor and rude customer service, especially when getting prescriptions filled. No one in pharmacy seems to care about filling prescriptions in a timely manner even when the customer has just left the hospital. Go elsewhere people, no one here cares.
