The pharmacist in this location needs to change. I was given prescription for puffer due for breathing issues they asked me to wait for 50 mins. I said is it not available ? Do you have to make the product they said no it takes time to enter it in the system. 50 mins for ONE puffer. When the front guy at the prescription drop off counter said he'll try his best to make it sooner the person from the back Nasir Madurai interrupted and said it'll be 50 mins not a minute less you have to wait and didnt acknowledge the long wait or apologized for a long wait. I wasn't even talking to him he interrupted from the back.nIts a shame how shoppers type of big company are loosing customers to smaller pharmacies because of their customer service and unnecessary long wait times.nI went to smaller pharmacy after they gave me puffer in less than 5 mins that's how long it took them to add information to the system.
I came in just as the store opened on Saturday morning. Maybeline had a great sale and I wanted to get a particular colour of lip product. To my surprise the whole section that was on sale was empty. I asked the lady there at the time if they were all out and she just said they were. There was no suggestion when to come back or to visit another store. It was very odd that the shelves were empty to the first customer that visited the store the day the sale began.
These reviews are true . This is the worst Shoppers I have ever experienced. 6 months here now , moved from a different pharmacy. Nothing but issues with insurance , losing prescriptions, losing online capability ..... endless issues and confrontations. This is unbelievable . I wouldn't have believed until now I have seen it first hand. .... My Doctor wants me to switch to a smaller pharmacy as he is also has many problems with all Shoppers stores.
Pharmacist Nasir & assistant Prinka were a huge help the other day and saved me more than 50% on my prescription cost by simply changing the dose strength the medication came in. Unfortunately I don't have insurance, and this really helped my budget. Thank you so much for your quick thinking!
