I like this place but not a fan of Karen she is very disrespectful and needs to be put in her place. I was looking for a moisturizer for my friend. I am an esthetician so I know his skin type I told her his skin is dry and mentioned I just did a facial on him then she said no he had combination skin and I told her his skin only looks oily cuz of the cream I put on him in the morning then with a rude tone she said no he’s combination and she started laughing. I understand you work in beauty as well but you don’t need to act like a know it all. It was such a turn off and very unprofessional especially her tone and her laughing. I do not recommend her services other than that the lady at the customer service with blonde hair was so nice and respectful
My complaint is about the lady in beauty section and her supervisor named Karen. My daughter and niece went there to get mascara and lip gloss. And the lady said not to touch anything there and whenever they go the lady following them and tell them to leave. And the supervisor do the same thing. Is that how you treated your customers? My husband said that he’s coming back the next day to talk to their manager and the supervisor said go ahead im not here tomorrow. WOW! And there’s another lady talk to my husband and said that her daughter experienced the same thing. We brought this already to the head office and gave us case number. We are just waiting for the result. This is something very serious and need action. This is harassment. Wake up shoppers drug mart. The incident happened on march 13.
I just bought a six pack Canada Dry drink I was charged $6.45 I was wondering why I checked my receipt and I saw that I was charged 5.69 + 0.71tax. I asked another staff isn’t this the wrong price she checked and confirmed that the price is 3.99 + 0.52. I then said the cashier charged me the wrong price the staff say it’s not her fault as it is not on the register. I go back to the cash counter and inform another staff that was made. She refunds me only 5.69 and then charges me 4.51 for the drinks. So instead of refunding me $6.45 she refunds me 5.69. I paid 4.51 inclusive of tax. So the extra money goes into whose pocket? The staff did not even apologize. My question is so the customers have to inform the staff of the discount and it’s not in the system????
Skip to another pharmacy, unless you are okay to wait for more than an hour for your prescription medicines which is the basic function of a pharmacy.nnAfter waiting for hours at the emergency room, you come to this pharmacy with a prescription, and they say that you need to wait for more than hour because we have other prescriptions to be done.nWhen I requested that we are coming from an emergency room, the pharmacist says “all medicines are for sick people”.nnI went to another Shoppers drug mart and Nancy was kind to take my case immediately.nnI was wondering why a pharmacy has low ratings on Google, now I understand it because of Their Terrible service.
Shopper's Drugmart has too many things going on to to give good customer service.nThe wait times are ridicules plus when I call to get them to fax my doctor for a prescription renewal, they have me on hold for way too long. I called tonight and was on hold for 37 minutes. I gave up. Other times I've been on hold long than that and yes, it was later in the evening thinking that they would be less busy. I'm in customer business and I was always taught that the customer on the phone is just as important as the customer in the store. I am just going to go to a smaller pharmacy. I'm sure they'll appreciate my business.nFinal note.. Shopper's Drugmart, you are nothing without your customers. Remember that.nnCharlene
