I had very good customer service by a young lady named Ana. She was at the cosmetic counter and answered all my questions promptly and efficiently. The Cawthra and Burnhamthorpe store is alway neat.. stocked.. and very organized n.
I visited here to get perfumes for myself. One of their employees Janvi she helped me to choose the perfect perfumes. She was so polite and nice. Also she recommended me some of her favourite fragrances. I would love to visit this place again.
This rating is for the pharmacy. The customer service is sadly lacking. There are always several employees behind the counter, I can be first in line to pick up a prescription and wait up to 10 min for service. I wouldn't dare comment on this because I would attitude and even worse service. This is a business and should have better customer service.
I had a great experience at this location thanks to Kiah the supervisor Sunday night. She was patient, helpful, and took the time to make sure all my questions were answered. Her customer service really stood out and made my visit much better. Thank you, kiah
