Last couple of times I’ve come to this location for the pharmacy for post surgery medications. I have noticed that my prescriptions have been short from the amount I was supposed to be given in which I didn’t have enough. I’ve had to get refills due to not having the right amount. It has been drugs such as: T3, codeine, or heftier drugs which seems very sketchy. I have resorted going to the other location to make sure I get the right amount for my prescriptions.
Had an amazing experience with Lisa from the beauty section! She was so kind and helpful. I never have any complaints at this location, both in the beauty department and with all other staff.
Pharmacy is brutal I went in Tuesday ordered my diabetic medication to be picked Wednesday went 830 at night they said half was ready and the most important medication was not my insulin and they told me I could come back tomorrow or go to the other shoppers to get it so I said I would be moving all my meds and the guy behind the counter could care less that I would be taking all the meds else where he also said when I asked why the stuff was not he said one them decided that those meds would ready on Thursday but I'm the one who knows when I need my stuff not them so now I go without my insulin tonight thank you for caring so well for me shoppers drugmart
I visited this store with my mom for her birthday, and unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. The first employee we encountered was rude, dismissive, and made my mom feel dehumanized. She brushed her off to a colleague with a condescending remark towards my mom about it being “her birthday or something.” This unwelcoming behavior seemed to stem from an underlying bias, which was very upsetting and appeared very racist. Thankfully, a younger employee took over and was much more kind, supportive, and even went the extra mile to wish my mom a happy birthday. The contrast in service was striking, and it's clear that better customer service training is needed for certain employees.
