Shoppers Drug Mart

Was picking up prescriptions today and the most pleasant lady who by the way had filled the order. It was nice to see someone who values their work and who finds enjoyment in the service to others. I’m glad I moved all our subscriptions to Shoppers.

This is by far the absolute worst drug store in existence! The staff is rude, the level of customer service is zero. Whenever I call to ask a question for the pharmacy THEY NEVER ANSWER THE TELEPHONE. This is my fifth day trying at different times of the day. All you get is One moment please

rather decent location but a little lax, should have had my monthly medication ready to go by now but when I called to confirm so that it could be picked up, apparently due to issues, they had not even started on them yet and will be lucky if they done by Thursday, previous pharmacy I used back home in Winnipeg, they would have it ready to go about 4 days before it was due so that it could be sent out for delivery on the day it was needed

this shoppers should carry what every other shoppers carry across Canada but doesn't. One example they carry no eggs
