We were at this location to purchase one cream prescribed by my doctor, he said that you can go to shoppers and can get the cream, we went there, we asked for help from the lady who was working inside health watch prescriptions, we showed her picture, she was so stupid, unprofessional and rude, she did not look at the picture I showed her the infection on my skin but to which she replied very rude that she doesn’t want to look, Very very rude behaviour, moreover she was such an unprofessional worker working inside such renowned store.nnWhen she replied so rude we decided to walk off from there, she did not even apologize for her behaviour. Unexpected experience
One thing about this Drug Mart Store is that the staff members are friendly and professional. The store has virtually all you need from meds to basic groceries, cosmetics, and passport photographs. Its location is a strategic point between Keele and Mckenzie. You should be here!!!
Pharmacy aways have hard time renewing prescription. Could not get through by phone July 8 from 7- 9:30 pm.stopped trying. Hire if you are that busy!
The pharmacy at this location makes you wait on hold for hours. When they finally answer the phone they give you attitude, imagine after waiting an hour on hold and then throwing you attitude as well! Not everyone in the pharmacy department is rude but two times now I’ve tried to get through to someone to ask a question and I’ve sat on hold for hours.nnI’m sure I’m not the only person to complain so maybe having more staff available during peek times or a designated person to answer the phone is a good idea. After the last two experiences I may switch my location.
