The staff working in this location have no sympathy or care for the patients. The tone is always condescending and it’s like they are tired of working there. Their fax machine is always broken and I can never pick up medicine on time. Today, they didn’t receive my prescription because of the broken fax, and I had to practically interview the lady working there to understand what to do next. They didn’t even offer an alternative prescription from the pharmacist, and just sent me away.nI’ve been going here out of convenience, but it’s not worth it because of their attitude.
This review is only for the post office.nnI come here when i need to send a package, and always been helped, and given recommendations......nnAnna in particular is wonderful. He has been around for many years, and i find her to be: helpful, friendly and knowledgeable
The pharmacy was very rude to me, communication was terrible with my doctor. Lost my care card. Then told me that it was volunteers handing out the medication, that was an opioid. Extremely unprofessional and I will not go back.
From out of Towm needed a refill on a prescription Spoke with Rahim at pharmacy. He was able to get a copy of my prescription and had it filled within an hour.. He also made sure to keep me updated throughout.
This Shopper’s Drug Mart is situated along Dunbar Street and 28th Avenue ..it is our go to place for a wide variety of drug store products including prescriptions, home and electronics..a wide variety of items are displayed on the weekly promotional flyers…many frozen foods, especially Ice Cream are one of my favorites..the staff are especially friendly and helpful..
