pharmacy assistant at the pick up counter around 10am today is rude and unprofessional. I got told they haven’t got my prescription yet. so I mail to my care advisor, she called me back confirmed my prescription have been received at the store. So I went back to ask them again about it, once she saw my face she’s making this face as the pics right away. got told await time is one more hour. I left to home 10minutes, sat down another call came it is ready to pick up now. well
I visited this Shoppers Drug Mart on March 3, 2026, for a vaccination appointment that I had booked a week in advance. When I checked in, the staff member told me abruptly that their system wasn’t working and that she “can’t do anything,” which came across as very unprofessional. She then told me I would have to pay for the vaccine because it was “for travel,” without even asking me the purpose of my vaccination.nI was then told to “grab a seat” without any explanation. I waited for about 10 minutes while staff went in and out, carrying boxes and checking things, but no one updated me on what was happening. Finally, the pharmacist came out and told me they didn’t have the vaccine in stock and would need to reschedule. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience, despite the confusion and poor communication.nThis experience left me feeling dismissed and frustrated. I hope the store improves its communication and professionalism for future customers.
I had such a kind and caring experience at this Shoppers Drug Mart. I got stung by a bee and was feeling itchy and painful, and the pharmacist was incredibly helpful. They gave me an ice pack right away and told me to stay for a while in case I developed any symptoms, so they could help me immediately if needed.
I just visited this location for some groceries. At the counter, I asked for a bag and they said only reusable bags are available so I got one of the bag and gave it to the teller. After paying he just gave the receipt, change and left. I was so surprised he didn’t even put the groceries in the bag that I purchased. And they’re not even busy.
