It's fine. Like anything else in The Pas it's a bit run down and everyone is slow and unpleasant. Lots of foreigners work there now but that's the norm for Canada unfortunately. The pharmacy is good.
I got yelled at by an employee working on beauty section, i didnt know she was talking to me and she yelled again. she thought I was stealing when I just put my phone in my pocket. I shown that to her and she just walked away and NEVER APOLOGIZED for the mistake and embarrassing me infront of people. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES WITH RESPECT FOR OTHERS.

Trying to get through on the phone is a nightmare. Called 5 x to ask a simple question. Placed on hold 5 minutes each time without anyone even acknowledging the call. Do better. It’s bad enough for Shoppers to deploy personal body guards each time we enter the store.
Very slow or non-existent customer service... has a post office that is not open or running properly. I've had my box since the end of March and in that time have only actually received my mail once. Phoning in a joke... no one answers.
