Came here tonight to get a prescription after procrastinating getting my RX as it was the first time taking it in a few years and had a horrible time taking it due to symptoms. They were both so so helpful and made me feel so much better about taking this medication as they supported me and my health and educated me and provided so much support. I wish I knew their names I just know one was a pharmacy student and the other the pharmacist with the coolest crochet earrings! I hope they see this and know you were both amazing people and pharmist and future pharmacist. Thanks for all that you guys do!!
I used to love shoppers. Now Loblaws owns them, the place is priced like one giant convenience store. Everything is at least 30% more expensive than a regular grocery store and some things are double. Shoppers used to be a place I could get some good deals to supplement my groceries. Not anymore. I will NEVER go back.
Started getting a prescription here. ...service can be a bit cold, but the store is clean, and well-stocked.nIt just needs a manager like Jim Melanson this locales previous manager to comb through the workers that don't want to help people.
I go here for my prescription because the pharmacy staff is amazing and this branch is closest to my house! They are really helpful and friendly and have accommodated me a couple of times when I needed my script quickly. Otherwise I'll shop at another location for everything else because their shelves are filled with expired products:/. I always have to check the dates and I'm tired of it. I've worked at shoppers before and we were checking expiries throughout the whole store monthly... but apparently they don't. Too bad. Hopefully it changes.
As far as Shoppers locations go, this one is pretty good. I can usually find what I'm looking for here. The store is kept pretty clean and tidy.nI respect and appreciate that the majority of the pharmacy staff continue to wear masks for the vulnerable clients who need to come in for medication.
