Would give less stars if I could! Worker named ‘Jei’ has zero customer service skills, couldn’t even give a simple number to contact for a lost package. Canada post left us a voicemail on Tuesday stating they couldn’t find our address, and to call them back. I have been trying to contact them since then it’s now Saturday with no luck. When I explained this to Jei, she just spoke in circles, telling me to google a number. When I told her I had already tried googling the support number and local offices, she said there are many numbers and that I have the wrong one. So, I asked her to provide me with the right one if she’s suggesting there is a number that works. She neglected to be able to provide this and frantically started to google for it. When even she could not find the support number, she told me to go home and try to google it again. Canada post is an awful service, and their workers are incompetent.
Today I shopped for several items at our Shoppers in Parksville BC.nWhen I pushed my cart back to my car, parked in a Handicapped spot due to sciatic issues, I realized I needed to use a Washroom. I re-entered the store, and spoke to a lovely employee, Stephanie. She said that although they had no Public Washroom that she would take me to the Staff Washroom upstairs. I'm 77 and was grateful to climb the flight of stairs rather than seek a toilet elsewhere. She waited until I was ready to go back down. I was so relieved and felt so kindly treated that I need to thank Stephanie, and the store for your wonderful kind Customer Service.
Always have good experiences here, but really appreciate the regular makeup counter gal! She's always kind and helpful -even when it's not regarding cosmetics!
I had a great experience with an employee at Shopper's Drug Mart. Her name is Malaya. She was very professional and answered all of my questions. She was very courteous and helpful in my opinion she is an outstanding employee and is a huge asset to Shoppers Drug Mart also there is another employee, her name is Stephanie, she works in the post office at Shoppers. She has alot of experience in customer service and it shows. I always appreciate when employee's take the time to help me and Stephanie takes her time to assist me, way to go Stephanie !!!
I wanted give a shout out to MJ one of the pharmacists who work there. Despite always being extremely busy, He is so friendly and attentive and makes sure you thoroughly understand everything without ever making you feel like your burdening him with your questions. He deserves a raise!
