40 minutes wait to get some pain relief and antibiotics, 5 staff was just taking and walking around one of them said be right back but never came back. Very disappointed . Went to different pharmacie and got my medicine within 10 minutes. Always asked how long is the wait time and guys there are so many happy staff in other pharmacies who are willing to give better services.
I think the management should look at all the negative reviews as it will affect the business. I went this location to pick up a card and gift bag. The bag was priced as $3.99. I picked one up and went to the cashier to pay it rang as $7.99. I told the cashier that it was priced as $3.99. The cashier send a guy to see, I showed the bags that were priced as $3.99. He came back and told her that there a bunch of them priced as $3.99 then the cashier called a manager who was Michelle. I am not sure if she was or not the manager but she was extremely rude and keep rolling her eyes saying that whatever the cash register rings it is the price. I told her that why do you have a price tag of $3.99 then. She blamed the customers that customers are putting them in the wrong spot. There was not one or two there were about 15 to 20 pieces. First of all Michelle was extremely rude and fighting with me that I was wrong and I was suppose check the barcode and price on the bag. What is purpose of your price tags then??? Second of all you should have some training with your staff members how to communicate and deal with customers and not to fight as they bring business to your business. I was a regular customer as I always picking up my prescription for my whole family from here, after tonight’s incidents I will not come back here again. For $4 you lost a regular customer plus her whole family members.
I hate giving a one-star rating for one person's behavior but the behavior of one pharmacist is so atrocious that I can't ignore it.nnI have a child that has been prescribed medication by their doctors coordinated by their GP and Pediatrician but there is almost always some hassle with getting their medication. Sometimes I won't be given the full dose and if I try to explain, this pharmacist will ask a dozen questions about WHY I need the medication. It's very very clear they don't believe my child should have the medication they're prescribed. They have needled me about my child's diagnosis and why they they're taking what they are. This has been experienced by myself and my husband. I had to snap, which I'm not proud of, to finally get the correct dosage because this person refused to give it to me, resulting in my child taking far under what they're supposed to simply because a pharmacist doesn't believe they should have their medication.nnBasically, if you wind up with this pharmacist and they decide you don't need your medication, you'll either not get it or you'll have to spend half an hour explaining all your medical history to only get half of what you need.
Not impressed with Pharmacy service. Shoppers advertises that it's pharmacists can give prescription of course when suitable. I clearly had an eye infection and they have a shortage or over the counter eye drops so I asked if she can prescribe me some eye drops. Pharmacist told me to go to a doctor as she couldn't precribe me with such minor symptoms. Better off going to small privately owned pharmacies than the Shoppers ones, you get way better service.
The beauty boutique and shoppers staff are always so friendly. They are always willing to help me find items when im not sure where to look. There has been a lot of theft apparently so they have been keeping an eye on customers because of how much they have lost in goods. I get it since the guards are trying to do their jobs.
