I went there for a consultation with the pharmacist for a non-urgent medical issue. In this area, there is a real lack of walk-in clinics for these small things that don't warrant a trip to hospital emergency, but also may take too long to see your family doctor. This service was amazing and really bridged that gap. The pharmacist was super friendly and easy to talk to, and the rest of the staff were helpful and kind. I'd recommend this service 100%
DON'T BUY AMAZON CARDS AT THIS STORE!! I bought a $50 Amazon card that had $0 balance on the card as it was already redeemed. Store declined refund as they are third party to Amazon they say. They had no problem taking my money though. Management didn't seem concerned they are selling tampered cards. No apology nor care on the managers blank face. Terrible customer service!
I don’t often get assistance from the workers at shoppers here but when I went in today I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional workers helping me. I spoke with a woman named Lori who explained everything to me in detail and even had a chat with me while I waited to speak with a pharmacist. I highly recommend the lovely people at our shoppers for any of your pharmaceutical needs, absolutely amazing experience and will be stopping in more often!
People that work there deserve to be allowed to accept tips without fear or disciplined. Very kind excellent customer care where they are just like extend family
Go somewhere else if you can. I've had problem after problem after problem with this place and I'm excited to finally be switching to another pharmacy. Back in November, they charged me full price for my prescription and told me I'd need to reach out to my benefits to get reimbursed. When I reached out to my benefits, they told me Shoppers got the money and I'd need to get a refund from them. Shoppers has refused to refund me the $80 I paid that should have been charged to my insurance. Just recently, a glitch in the website removed my prescriptions when I attempted to order a refill. It took days to get this problem fixed and I had to go without my medication for 4 days. Just this morning, I went in to pick up my prescription after their website said it was ready for pick up, only to be told I'd have to wait 30-40 minutes for it to be filled. I hope other people have had a better experience than I have. But as far as I'm concerned this place is a bad joke. The only redeeming quality this place has is some of its staff. Most of the folks who work the pick up and drop off counters are lovely, and the pharmacists I've spoken to are usually helpful.
