Such helpful staff, one of the clerk's in cosmetics offered to look in the back for a product, I didn't even ask and she offered, back ordered of course, but I really appreciate going the extra mile for the customer. I had an amazing experience at Shoppers thanks to the beauty specialist Komal who assisted me. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to understand my needs. She provided personalized recommendations and offered great advice without being pushy. I left feeling confident and informed about the products I purchased. Highly recommend visiting for expert beauty guidance and exceptional service!
Used to have great service… the service now is unreliable and slow. Used to have a great pharmacy… now it is a joke to even get through on the phone, prescriptions take forever, and recently can’t even keep a steady pharmacist or staff. This store used to be clean… now the janitors do half a job poorly. I can’t believe how far this store has slid in the past year or two! I do all my cosmetic and pharmacy shopping here always have, recently however I’m considering why they still deserve my business. Just the other day I I dropped of a script for Diclofenac gel 20% for my nerve pain, they informed me the normal time to fill this prescription is 48 hrs, I said wow that’s crazy, the employee responded “our policy was 72 hrs preciously, but now we reduced it to 48hrs”. Like I’m supposed to be grateful to wait 2 days to get my script? Wow!
The staff is accomodating and helpful most specially komal
Tamara knows her cosmetics and has given me amazing advice. She is so friendly and helpful. I always look for her smiling face whenever I enter the store.
