The service has gone downhill in that store over the last 2 years, within the cosmetic section. They don't know any of the products they sell. They aren't even aware of their selections, the type of skin care product to stay away from for sensitive skin. There is a lady in particular who is extremely unpleasant, and who makes you feel awful if you bring back a product she recommended to me previously that you happen to have a reaction to. She is unwilling to help and forces the highest products on you even though you mention your price range or unwanted brands. If she was knowledgeable, at least, the experience would be slightly more interesting, but she frowns and almost yaps at you at the till. It's been a few experiences with her now and I am almost done going there because of her. She is also not showing kindness to her coworkers some of who have the skills she lacks and she should look up to!. I am sure it is awful working with her. Fortunately that store and its senior employees are lovely.
The worst pharmacy experience I’ve had in Alberta.nIt takes 15 minutes just to drop off a prescription the day before!, and then another 20+ minutes waiting in line to pick it up. When you finally get to the counter, mistakes are common, orders are rarely accurate, and you’re often given an off-brand substitute without warning or choice.nnWhat makes it more frustrating is there are seven people working in the back, yet there are still 12+ customers waiting every time, and the poor clerk at the front is left constantly apologizing for delays and errors.nnThis location desperately needs better organization and quality control. I avoid it now unless I have absolutely no other option.
If you’re going to require an appointment to book a vaccine, you should make sure that you have the vaccine available when the appointment time comes. It’s not like you can blame supply: if you get your delivery Mondays, and I book Tuesday for your earliest appointment Wednesday, then there is *no reason* that you should not have the shot Wednesday, especially when you tell me you ran out Tuesday. And on top of that, you should tell your patients they’re not getting 1 out of the 2 services they booked *before* making them wait and fill out all the paper work.nnWe could have booked our appointment at Crowfoot on Tuesday and gotten everything, now we have to wait weeks for the supply to replenish.nnFor all those looking: it’s week worth the 20-minute drive to go to Crowfoot.
This location is one of the best when it comes to the beauty department. They go above and beyond and I always come and buy with the same SAs. The Staff at the main store hardly smile. some of them are not friendly, while only a few always smile at customers.
I had the best service when I had needed a prescription while on vacation. The pharmacy was so helpful especially sorting my costs which seemed so complicated. The staff was informative and knowledgeable. I think I would drive out there from Calgary just for the service.
