Worse pharmacy ever to deal with.  Miscount on prescription drugs, and when using the automated system for a refill and where it was confirmed and accepted, pharmacy cancelled the order as it was too early for renewal.  No call received and out when picking up the prescription that it was not there.  On top of it they had to order it and left me in a stressful situation as the drugs cannot be missed and are for a critical illness.   Will be filing a formal complaint to the head office

Not good service, the staffs that I experienced today was gave me an altitudes, I was in the line for lotto I heard she said time to go home (time to changed shift) and I was her late comtusmer in her line before her co-worker put the Signe up for the next line, I has about six lotto ticket to claim for a free play I gave her 4 of them frist and said they are advanced play it should give another ticket back + free tickets instead of said ok and smile, she gave me a look and point on the ticket said it rigt there with her void rise , after she done with the 4 of them I hand her  two more and I said that ok ..i didn't finished the sentence yet, she took the ticket and look into her co-worker and give a look to each other like I'm a stupid customer and said that why the sign right there (sign to go next counter)excuse me lady I was there before you put the sign up. She don't have her mane tag on, she wear glass with black fram, she working today december 12, 2017 and finished her shift at 4 pm. The sentence  that I not finished that gonna tell her is " that ok you can go home I will wait for another cashier "

min waiting to even talk to someone at pharmacy while 6-8 employees are wondering around in circles just to find out that there would be another half an hour to get a puffer.  Do they make them. from scratch at back!?

The prices for items here are so bad. If your in the area go next door to Dollarama. I have never seen prices so expensive. The staff are nice but can be snobby from time to time.
