Lady that works here.. no name budget she was wearing. I came and visit today that is 3rd July 4:40 pmnStays inside the room for long and majority of time and actually had to make the announcement to call her out. And in fact no information was shared to ship the parcel. And asking to fill certain documents. However after struggling with her, we went to other Canada post and it took us 2 min to do everything and with all information shared by other representative. Also, where no forms we have been asked to fill.
Pharmacy staff are friendly and helpful. Especially the on duty pharmacist is very actively providing meds guidance! Shopping environment is clean and well maintained.
Your postal office needs work on the customer service. We need more kind, compassionate, and cheery people.
The medicines i needed were not in stock. Prices were more then other pharmacies. Pharmacist was polite and helping.
If I could give a 0 star I would. The service in the pharmacy department is horrible. I once waited 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge me and take my prescription. They don't look at you and when they do, you are clearly disturbing them. It used to be a safe place to go, with amazing service. What happened? I am transferring all my prescriptions to another location and will no longer go there even to buy milk because I don't want to encourage them ever again.
