Had a test at the pharmacy. Have to say that the pharmacist took time to review and explain things to me. There was so much value for me with this experience and the pharmacist was so very knowledgeable. You do not get this attention with a physician. Nova Scotians should definitely make use of this as a tool to take charge of your health. Thank you Shoppers for this service. Definite 5 star.
Two day wait to fulfill a subscription. Is the Canada I used to admire. A medical system that has fallen down into the dirt 3 years waiting for an operation an counting, including pharmacy stores, which will put someone through a two day wait just to fulfill prescriptions? When did the wheels off this one so badly. Rereview:things havennimproved since the present government a few years later.
Not my regular pharmacy and I can definitely see why. Pharmacist was very rude questioning what the dr and I discussed. My Rx was uploaded to the cloud she said it wasn't there. It was my responsibility to track down er doctor who explained it was uploaded. When I explained it all to her and how she was being rude she laughed it off and said it would be hour wait. Aliaa Elziny could definitely use a crash course in customer service and how to treat customers . I was not the only one in here this evening having issues another lady left without her meds! Do better shoppers
Had the worst experience ever this evening. Lady working at perfume counter hovered, questioned if I was opening packages, even went to the shelf to check when i told her many are not sealed. told me I had to pay at her counter . Something I have never had to do when purchasing perfume. Totally felt like she was treating me as a shop lifter. Never going back. Ever. Shame on her. She needs guidance. Her superior should advise her how to approach customers.
I've been going here for a couple of decades at minimum. Maybe a few more than a couple but still. They've always been very helpful and understanding with my needs for different medications and my ability to pick up the medication. I was recently hospitalized in critical condition and the pharmacy team here helped me out immensely. They were able to organize all of my medications over the phone after Consulting with the doctors and they spent time to help educate my wife on the medications in order for me to receive it. Since I've been unable to be relatively mobile they will allow people who I notify to come in and pick up the medication for me and they will even help me by accepting payment over the phone.nnThey are an absolute dream to work with
