We witnessed an unfortunate exchange here today. A store patron, making a cash purchase, was refused change in only loonies. The cashier advised that the manager would no longer allow them to provide loonies for use in the laundromat next door. When the patron suggested the cashier re-think this for customers who are making a store purchase, she became a little heated before the customer left without completing the sale.nI expect this Shoppers Drug Mart location likely sells plenty of over-priced laundry detergent and fabric softener to people who use the nearby laundromat, and felt really uncomfortable spending any of my own money here. I won't return to this location for sure.nI've given a couple of stars because this is a large well-stocked location with a big parking lot although the lot is kind of tight.

Pauline at the cosmetic counter is so helpful and knowledgeable about all the products. I buy all my cosmetics there now!

The pharmacy staff here are so lovely and helpful! I needed something over the counter that they didn’t have in stock and they ordered it right away so that I could pick it up the next day. The store itself is also very clean and well-organized.
