I’ve never posted a review for a store or employee but I feel the need to do so from my experience today. A middle eastern lady was beyond helpful and I hope she is acknowledged for her amazing customer service. Her education on perfumes was incredible and she really cared and took the time to help me make the best selection and provided tips and tricks on how to extend the longevity of the perfume. I didn’t get a chance to get her name but I will definitely be back just to consult with her alone. I hope she’s given all the praise and compensation she deserves!
Worst service ever!nAvoid these pharmacists. They also lie.nI called my doctors/pharmacy back home right in front of them and both said they received no calls.nCustomers are not a priority here.nThe manager should be fired!!!nnHorrific service.
The service at shoppers used to be very quick and efficient. They have since gotten almost an entirely new staff who seems to be very slow and frankly lazy. Used to take 1 hour to fill a prescription. Now, if you call to inquire about picking up a prescription, they will tell you that it will be at least 5 to 6 hours. This is pitiful to say the least. I know that it will maybe garner some hate but ever since the business has been mostly taken over by Indians things have gone in a straight line downhill. Also only getting a “co-pay” when it’s certain individuals working the cash. This doesn’t happen when any original staff is working the register. Strange coincidence. Might have to switch pharmacies. The “new staff” is completely ruining the entire business and doing things wrong either out of ignorance or hatred. Either one is unacceptable.
I had a very bad experience at this location this evening. My daughter and I had to use the self check out because there was no staff member in sight. All of our items were duplicating while scanning and the screen prompted for assistance. We waited for probably 2-3 minutes for someone to come help. A staff member slowly walked toward us while casually texting on her phone. I made a comment and she snapped back at me and told me she was there the whole time…The store cameras would show otherwise. When we finished the transaction there was no receipt but who knows where the employee was, she disappeared.nI only went to your location because our location closes at 10.nI urge people to choose a different shoppers, your store lacks customer service.nnIt is very concerning when looking at all of the reviews and all of them are 1. Clearly nothing is changing despite all of the feedback.
The service at this shoppers is amazing. And honestly i would like to appreciate and praise the pharmacy assistant her name is diksha. She attends everybody with so much kindness and she is so helpful. She always has a smile of her face and treats everyone with so much kindness and love.
