Me and my wife want to buy 2 different perfumes,nSimar, a beauty specialist who helped us buying a right perfume for us.nShe was very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable.nI recommend this shoppers drug mart location because of her extraordinary service and made our experience so good.
Very clean drug store,. Sale items are always in stock. Pharmacy staff are always busy but make time to make each customer heard and acknowledged. Post office staff are always friendly and helpful. Usually use self check at this location.
I went there yesterday night 1020 pm coz my 6 year old had ear pain due to night just wanted to get suggestions about ear drops . One girl asked us to sit . There were no customers at that time after waiting 45 mins I asked when pharmacist help . Girl said it depends on her pharmacist Susan. Got angry at me starts yelling at me for no reason .at end she said there are no more ear drops just take advil. Extremely rude behavior .waited for an hour for no reason
The customer service at this location is horrible. The pharmacy is extremely difficult to deal With. Prescriptions are never ready when they say they will be so when you go to pick up, they make you wait an hour to an hour and a half for your prescription to be filled. This is unacceptable. It has happened to me on numerous occasions if I could give a zero star rating, I would!!!! Do better !!!!
I visited this location today around 7pm to buy a gift card, and there was a customer in front of me. I politely asked her if I could go first since I was in a hurry, and she kindly agreed. However, the lady at the counter, who was wearing really dark lipstick, was extremely rude to me for no reason. She made an unnecessary issue about me going first, even though the other customer had no problem with it. What a pathetic women.
