Terrible service and rude staff tried to return something lady was terribly rude and when I went to get right product they didn’t have it in stock so I told her I would have to go somewhere else and her exact words to me were PLEASE DO!!! worst customer service ever !! Who tells someone to leave a store for returning something!!! Never will go back! Definitely wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone!

Terrible customer service. Went at 10:50pm to buy a couple things with my mum. Had a Security guard come and tell her she wasn't allowed to be in the cosmetics section *talked to the manager who later said the cosmetics is NOT sectioned off or closed and wasn't sure what the security guard was talking about* so that in its self was very unprofessional. Then when she went to go get a mailing envelope from the post office she had an employee take it from her and said "you can't buy that. post office is closed" and walked off. Not impressed. Needless to say we put everything we were going to buy back and won't be coming back.

my husband and i have been coming here for years... we've dealt with the long waits because we really liked the main pharmacist. But after the last couple experiences we've decided we are going to take our business elsewhere.... I've been told multiple times its an hour wait I go to pick up my prescription only to be told they dont have it. Also we have noticed that the assistants are always miserable, have terrible telephone etiquette and generally seem displeased with dealing with the customers. I recently had to go elsewhere to pick up my prescription because this shoppers didn't have it and it was night and day the difference! Everyone was soooo friendly and happy to help!

Pharmacy is open 24 hours so it's busy often prescriptions take at least an hour so if your organized it's not so bad.

Made me feel like a shop lifter, said I had to leave items up at the front counter when asked why, they said it was "protocol".... for what??? Many times this shoppers has forgotten to refill my meds by calling my doctor and I have had to go days without. Whatever you do, don't go here, lady in cosmetics will talk down to you and make feel belittled as well. Horrible experiences. Never going back.
