Shoppers Drug Mart

I went there to get passport sized photos and requested that I need a digital copy as well. The lady there said that she cant send digital copy as she don't have that option. Instead she wanted me to buy a new USB from there to get the digital photos. I want to say to shoppers drug mart that if you are giving a facility to your customers then give it fully otherwise don't. We are not living in stone age that you cant even email my pictures from your computer. Very disappointed.

It was an amazing experience for me at this Shoppers store in Peace River. The staff are very friendly and you are greeted the moment you walk in the store.

I don’t know what went wrong….. since the new owners it has gone straight down. Even if you get a notification that your prescription is ready, it never ready when you get there or a mistake on it!!

You still almost always have to wait at least half an hour when calling in prescriptions. They lose faxes and its a couple hour wait sometimes if you fill a prescription in person. The last few prescriptions ive attempted to fill its taken multiple visits just to get a prescription unless i wanted to stay there for hours. The pharmacists themselves are nice and im sure doing their best. They need a bigger pharmacy.

Always good service and has what I am looking for
