I waited on the phone for the pharmacy for 1 hour and never got an answer from them at all worst automated service ever

I had a wonderful experience with the customer service provided by a lady named Kendra on Christmas Eve this year. I came in on the evening of the 24th to use my points to buy some last minute Christmas presents for my kids original gifts were delayed in the mail and we didn't have money to spend, only points racked up!. This woman went above and beyond helping me hand pick newbie makeup items for my non-binary child, and she ended up putting together a beautiful gift basket just for them! The store was busy and I was frazzled but she took the time and consideration to help me keep Christmas morning magical for my kids, and for that I am extremely grateful! Thank you Kendra!

Called to have a refill approved and if it could be picked up twenty minutes to closing as we had to drive from out of town. Very specific about the twenty minutes to closing part. The person on the phone said yes no problem. We got there 20 minutes to closing and they said there's no refill and it's too late to do it. Not very impressed.

Went in to quickly renew a prescription to pick up the following day. Waited an hour, finally went back to the counter to see what the delay was, and was told they put my prescription through without letting me know and that it was ready. So essentially wasted an hour of my life due to their incompetent staff.

The store always looks immaculate there is always a welcoming face and a hello from the beauty counter! The staff is very knowlegable and kind, along with great prices this is my go to pharmacy/store.

Did the job, but not a friendly service at all by the manager herself unfortunately.

Weird hours, they're all over the place.

The pharmacy staff are the best I've ever seen.
