Went through a difficult customer service experience with someone in the pharmacy team. The individual hung up on me first when they claimed they needed me to come in person to get a perscription tranferred to their location which is false, and then when I was able to get my perscription transferred successfully on my own they refused to fill it for me claiming that their regulars have priority which I'm not even sure is legal to prioritize certain people over others for seemingly ambiguous reasons. Worst shoppers drug mart in Canada, easily.

Just visited Shoppers in Trail to grab a few items today. Anastasia at the cosmetic counter was amazing. She help me pick out everything I was looking for and because she was so helpful and knowledgeable I purchased more than I was going to. It's hard these days to find anybody to help you at any store, and to see a young lady being so helpful and not make you feel like your just annoying or wasting her time is something that I thought was long gone. Please make sure you keep this young lady. She is an asset to your buisness. I do hope that when an employee does an exceptional job they do get acknowledged for their work ethics and great attitude. If there were a 0 star, I would give it to this Shoppers location. I went shopping here twice on weekends and encountered the same two inexperienced cashiers. They need more training and to be more educated about products, prices, and special offers. Both occasions, the male cashier was unaware of how to use Shoppers gift cards and coupons. The cosmetic cashier insisted that I am not permitted to buy a clearance item at the scanned price because she had never seen it on sale for that price. A few days prior, I had successfully bought the identical item from shoppers in Castlegar at the same price. The Castlegar cashiers are very kind and informed about current deals and promotions.nI shop usually on weekends because that's when the best deals and promotions begin, but it annoys me so much when I consistently get the same cashiers—who are inexperienced and terrible at what they do.

Not a right place for passport size photographs.Expensive and they are unable to send your photographs via email. had to go because no other options in trail . They don’t have professionals to take photographs like London drugs.
