I went there this evening “TRIED TO BUY “ some lotions, but out of NOWHERE this middle age LADY with black hair.approached me with attitude. Then she said “ i have to leave the lotion on the counter, im not allow to carry those around. I was like what??? Ive been coming to this place to buy stuffs and most of them are perfume. I always carry them around whenever I shopped there before i pay, i dont have any problems or come one told me like that. Then she grabbed it out of my hands like a child stealing other child toys. After that she came back to the counter and have a small talk with co-worker. When i walked by all ive heard was “ cheap Asian”. Wow I can’t that we live in 2022 almost 2023 and still some people being racist like that.
The pharmacy gave me the wrong medication. My doctor prescribed an antacid and they gave me a drug for heart failure/edema furosemide. Lucky me, I was able to look it up before taking the pill.
I’ve been trying to reach post office for almost 2hrs since 4:30pm till 6:30pm still no one answered. I need clarification for my order coz it was in canada post it’s says in the tracking they’ll delivered 2dys ago but still not received. And tried customer service to connect me in there but she only hang me for 40mins. Whattttaaaah service
Carlie the pharmacist is amazing, she can prescribe some medication and been able to help me out really quickly. Highly recommended
Pharmacist is rude and unhelpful. 10/10 don't recommend. It's unfortunate that we will now be changing pharmacies as we have been using this pharmacy for a very long time.
I absolutely love this pharmacy. The pharmaceutical team is caring, helpful and professional. I take great comfort that I can ask as many questions as I need to and they are never too busy to help. This team is a very important element to our community well being. We are lucky to have them!
Friendly service, usually has what I am looking for. Some things are too pricey for the item being purchased.
The pharmacists & pharmacy assistants are awesome. They've helped me a lot when I've gotten sick which saved me from having to go to the ER or walk in clinic. Very thankful for the work they do.
Cobblestone Pharmacy does not know how to communicate with our families' doctors' offices. Real experience, over 5-days I have been asked to call my family doctor: then I call them; they tell say call the pharmacy; then call the pharmacy. Over 5-days of these "lacks in communication between my family doctor and Cobblestone Pharmacy. Fired both of them, went to a walk-in clinic, got my renewal finally after 5-days. In response on this edit, it was flippin day 6 that Cobblestone Pharmacy got back to me with a renewal for my medication. Ahhh, too late, already renewed prescription.
Time and time again I have gone to this Cobblestone Shoppers location and have ALWAYS received the best customer service. Today Alex in the cosmetic department assisted me in finding my favorite cologne. She was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel like my question and thoughts where important. Her customer service is outstanding! It is rare these days to receive such a high standard of service. I was very impressed.
