Every other review on this location is accurate- pharmacy won't answer phone, you will get placed on endless hold and then get hung up on. The staff when you go in are usually friendly, but there are always many pharmacists standing around chatting and visiting and not helping anyone while there is a line. The only reason I did not give a 1 star is because the Asian man who does the injections is excellent and has always done a great job anytime I've gone for injections there.nI have moved all prescriptions from this location to pharmasave because I am fed up with feeling like I'm having to fight to get my medications and to consistently get terrible service.

This pharmacy is a mess. I went in asking for BETA CAROTENE to get safe vitamin A during my pregnancy as recommended by my doctor the staff gave me regular vitamin A knowing I was pregnant. Thankfully I decided to read the label. That could have been a huge lawsuit

Just had an amazing experience at shopper by their one customer service representative MONICA. She was a gem of person. She treat customers so well I was with my family right now and she attended us like family. I wish her all the best for her life. God bless her. She recommended us so many good products. Thankyou

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this pharmacy. I initially called to ask about a medication, and I was told it was discontinued and could not be ordered. Concerned, I contacted my doctor to review the prescription. The doctor was surprised and insisted the medication was not discontinued. He requested the pharmacist call him directly to discuss the situation.nnWhen I called the pharmacy back to relay this, the pharmacist suddenly changed their statement, claiming the medication was not discontinued but simply unavailable until Monday. This was confusing since I was previously told it couldn’t be ordered at all. I asked the pharmacist to follow up with my doctor as requested, but instead of cooperating, they hung up on me.nnWhen I called back again, I was told they had already spoken to the clinic receptionist instead of the doctor, as specifically requested. This lack of communication, incorrect information, and unwillingness to resolve the issue was unacceptable. Throughout this process, I remained polite and explained the situation clearly, but the pharmacist showed no effort to address the problem or follow up appropriately.nnI would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. The level of unprofessionalism and lack of customer care is appalling. They wasted my time and failed to provide the service I needed. I will not be returning!nnAfter reading other customer reviews, it’s clear my experience is not unique. Many others have mentioned rude staff and poor treatment. I don’t see any future for this pharmacy if they continue treating customers as poorly as they do.

PROS: they haven't messed up my prescriptions yet, and the prescribing pharmacist was professional and helpful.nnCONS: i've never received worse customer service from a pharmacy.
