Most unprofessional and worst customer service I have ever dealt with. 2 hour wait to then turn into a 3 hour wait for medication. Now told to “just go home” when I live over 30 minutes away and I need this medication for my husband who just came home from the hospital in immense pain. Maybe work should be done instead of giggling with the pharmacist for 20 minutes while there is a line up of 10 people waiting at the counter to be serviced. I will never be back. An email has also been sent to head office.
Absolutely worst pharmacy. They can't get the orders right, super slow and the wouldn't fix their mistakes until I asked for the doctor's fax. The hours are literally the only good thing about them, which is the only reason I ended up with a prescription here after switching 9 years ago. Never again.
They need to teach their associates what is customer service. When I asked the 2 girls at cash where to go to get photos. They just watched me standing there with no one at customer service. You can do better
I was driving home towards Ottawa late at night when all the stores were closed. I couldn't make it in time to buy the toy car that I promised my son I would get for him. Shoppers was my only chance at 11 PM. Thank you for the great hospitality and for helping me find exactly what I was looking for, Kendra and Linda!
The last 2 prescriptions I needed were promised to be ready 5 days after requested. 5 days! Is this standard practice for a pharmacy? They had the product in stock. Also, when I checked the status online it said it was ready but when I called to confirm using their touch menu it was not. So I called and waited 20 mins to talk to a person and they told me that if I want to have confidence in my prescription pick up date and time I should call. So their online prescription renewal process is flawed and does not give you accurate dates and if you want to fix the problem you have to call and wait 20 mins listening to their ads so fun to talk to someone. I know that when I go in to the pharmacy the staff is very helpful and customer focused so I would have to say the problem is with shoppers drug mart itself. What a waste of my time and a very poor experience overall.
