The pharmacist helped me get my sons puffers prescribed as we were visiting from out of province. So thankful for their help. The staff were very friendly and made sure everything we needed was taken care of.
My meds were rarely ready when they said they would be, could never find them either. When we finally left they had made the wrong dose and then lied to me about it. The pharmacist did call to try and make it right but dug the girl who lied to me even deeper. After 20+ years there we had to leave I was fed up.
The worst parking lot .nThe highest prices ever seen in my life ..nThe prices went up almost overnight .nForget about this place it's price gouging at its finest here ..
Today I really needed to get skin care, we just got home from being away for two weeks and I am completely out now. I checked the website, saw that Shoppers opened at 10 and drove over, only to find out that the cosmetics department was closed. No where on the website does that say this. I asked one of the staff if she would grab what I needed and she very bluntly told me the cosmetics department was closed. What a joke! Thanks for your help.
I was able to find things quickly, the cashier was friendly, and service was quick!
