This is not my first review for Ingersoll Shoppers. This Shoppers in particular has the nicest staff from Pharmacy to front. Always helpful, polite, giving if their time for any questions. Probably the best shoppers I have ever shopped at.
Self checkout scan for a recall item. Staff member aupon service there was a recall item that safe recommended that was the top tier item... 010232 process to check my items 2 more times for theif apologies u warrented. Realizing he was holding item in hand that was recall.... Stoopiid..
Easy to park. Large lot.nSelf check out.nClean aisles.nSet up like other shoppers in that consistent way.nNo concerns.
It took over an hour to get a person in the phone. Had a question about my medication.nI called pharmasave and a real person answered the phone without having to go through computerized crap. Not to mention the lady at pharmacy gave me more information than I asked for about my medication.nMy girlfriend called in her prescription to Shoppers and they said it was ready and we still had to wait 45 minutes. Shoppers drug Mart treats people like they are the only drug store in town.nI will be using pharmasave from now on for all my medicinal needs.nI will never go to shoppers drug Mart again!!!
A huge shout out and a big that you to pharmacist R. Zaazoue for his help today. It seems everyone in town including Shoppers is out of Polysporin eyedrops.To resolve this issue he wrote me a prescription for eye drops and I was on my way.nNow that's customer service.nMJ
